How to book an appointment?
Booking has never been this easy! All you need is your phone, and you should be fine. You can call us to book a service, or you can also send us a web chat or an email to show your interest in hiring our services. Our lovely representative will be reaching out to you to help you reserve a slot.
What is the payment term?
We support cashless system. But do not worry, because we accept almost all types of card for the payment Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
This information will be asked from you during the booking time to guarantee the schedule for you. A temporary hold of the amount will be placed on hold 2-3 days before the appointment, but the final charge will only happen once the service has been rendered.
Is it OK not to be home during the service?
Yes. We know how busy you are, and you can trust that we can deliver the same kind of service, even without your supervision. For cleaning of interior and exterior windows, please advise us on how our professional cleaner can gain access to your home. If it’s for exterior windows cleaning only, access to the house will certainly be not required.
Are you pet-friendly?

Can I cancel My appointment?
We understand that sometimes there may be a need to cancel your appointment, and it’s perfectly fine with us, although our ask is to inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Canceling an appointment within 48 hours from the schedule may incur a $70 late cancellation fee.
How soon should I book for an appointment?
As soon as the need arises. Our availability are being filled up so fast, most especially our weekend appointments. We’d love to service and accommodate everyone, but we can only do so much. A week in advance would be ideal as well. Kindly contact us to check the latest availability that we can offer.
Do you accept tip?
Tip is neither expected nor required. Seeing that our client are satisfied with the quality of our work already means a lot to us. But if you insist, you have the option to give a cash to the professional that did the wonders to your windows, or your can also call our hotline, and we can help you on adding it to the total amount of the service, so it will be charged to your card instead.
What size of houses can you clean?
We can clean the windows of a house as long as it can be reached by our window washer using a ladder that’s 30 ft high. Approximately, it reaches windows of 3-storey houses.
Can you clean windows with uv ray film?
Definitely! We avoid using strong chemicals for windows that has UV ray film to prevent damaging it. We only uses soap and sponge to clean it. Also, our cleaner could easily notice if there are UV ray films on your windows, but it will be highly appreciated if you can
How to prepare for the window cleaning service?
If the service is only exterior window cleaning, there’s really nothing much to do but to ensure that the surroundings are free from clutter, to ensure that our cleaner can easily reach windows that needs cleaning.
For interior window cleaning, please keep the drape or blinds up, and ensure that those are dusted and cleaned as well, so that the newly-cleaned windows will not be affected by the dirt on drapes and blinds. Also, we suggest to keep furnaces away from the window sill to prevent breakage.
What if it’s raining?
We can still push through with the service if it is just a little drizzle. Little drizzles should have little to no effect to properly cleaned windows. But if it’s more than that, we can make an arrangement to change the time or day of your appointment.
What if the appointment falls on a holiday?
If this happens, we’ll inform you ahead of time if there is a need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Our office observes holiday such as: Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas, and New Year.
How long does the service usually takes?
A regular job usually takes about 1-2 hours. We do value your time, and we do not want to take so much of it in the same way that we do not want to sacrifice the quality of our work as well. We do ask for your patience while we do the job, as we do not want to rush the work, and not be able to deliver a quality service.
